I’m a depth-oriented psychotherapist with a rich background in the arts. My path into the world of the psyche began through contemporary dance, where I worked as a professional dancer for 15 years. This embodied curiosity led me to study psychoanalysis and complete a Master’s in Theory and Criticism (Western University), followed by a Master’s in Social Work (Wilfrid Laurier University). I’ve since worked for many years as a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor, with additional post-graduate training in mind-body psychotherapy and expressive arts therapy.
My approach is both creative and grounded, supporting individuals in their unique process of becoming—through deep listening, embodied presence, and the exploration of meaning in everyday life.
I work collaboratively with adults and couples navigating a wide range of life and relationship challenges. I invite you to bring your story, your questions, and your inner world into the space we create together. Through this exploration, unconscious patterns that shape your present reality can begin to surface, allowing for greater awareness, freedom, and more authentic ways of being. I integrate dreamwork, creative expression, and the everyday as sources of insight and transformation.
